From Industrial Hardware and Specialties we have the Karp KRP-350FR KRPSDW 24x24 Fire Rated Access Door with RCP.This 24" x 24" insulated fire rated access door with drywall bead is constructed from type 304 stainless steel with a satin #4 finish.It comes with a rim cylinder prep (Lock Supplied by Others) locking mechanism, masonary straps (standard for fire rated applications), and a stainless steel type 304 continuous hinge. The Karp model KRP-350FR is a fire rated access door designed for ceiling or wall applications with a rough opening of 24-3/8" x 24-3/8".The 2F-KRPSDW2424-RCP has a textured frame and bead so drywall joint compound can be applied in sufficient thickness to conceal the flange. The KRP-350FR is insulated and rated by Underwriters Laboratories for 1.5 hour "B" label in walls and may be used in a 2 hour fire rated wall assembly. Additionally, Warnock Hersey rates the KRP-350FR for 3 hours in ceilings.
