The Karp KFDHD3024-WN 30 in. x 24 in. Hinged Floor Access Door Watertight No Spring from Industrial Hardware and Specialties is a : 30" x 24", heavy duty (H-20 loading without impact), watertight, non-spring assisted, hinged floor access door with a best rim cylinder with night latch.
From Industrial Hardware and Specialties we have the Karp KFDHD3024-WN-RCNL-B 30 in. x 24 in. Hinged Floor Access Door Watertight No Spring.This 30" x 24" watertight heavy duty floor hatch is fabricated with a 1/4" aluminum diamond plate door lid without the use of a spring assisted lift. It is supplied with a best rim cylinder with night latch as it's locking/latching option.. This KFD-HD model heavy duty (H-20 loading without impact) floor access hatch has a 1/4" extruded aluminum channel-type frame with a 1/8" neoprene cushion, and continuous anchor flange with a 1-1/2" drain coupling welded to the underside. Doors shall open 90 degrees and automatically lock in that position with a stainless steel hold open arm with a red vinyl grip. All Karp KFD hatches are supplied with stainless steel butt hinges and are installed with tamperproof fasteners.
