The exposed flange adds rigidity to the unit and perfectly conceals the rough wall opening. The 2F-M1208-ML-NAS-SC is a non-fire rated, prime coated-white steel 12" x 8" universal flush access door, designed for ceiling or wall rough openings that are 12 3/8" x 8 3/8". It comes with a steel spring-loaded retractable pin hinge, and a mortise lock-prep with an karp lock (supplied by karp).An optional safety chain is included to provide additional assurance to secure the door when it is unattended.
