The Karp DSC-210PL 12 in. x 12 in. Recessed Access Door-Spanner Head For Plaster Ceiling/Wall from Industrial Hardware and Specialties is an interior 12" x 12" ( 12-1/8" x 12-1/8" rough opening ) non-fire-rated, non-waterproof, recessed panel for ceiling/wall applications. The 2F-RPL1212-SP is fabricated with a steel 14 gauge frame, 16 gauge non-removable door, a steel concealed pivoting rod hinge, and the door is finished with a prime coated white enamel.

The Karp Associates DSC-210PL model door is recessed 1/2" and lined with self-furring metal lath allowing plaster of surrounding surfaces to continue without interruption over face of door.
