• 2’, 3/4” wide, 1/32” thick, 1-fold, tempered steel rule
• Riveted joint has large side washer and a stop which bring rule to a firm stop when opened straight
• Legible, permanent, deeply etched black markings
• Lower edge on one side graduated to 1/16ths of an inch, upper edge on other side to 1/8ths, lower edge 75 circumference inches to 1/8ths for converting diameters directly to circumference measurements
